Where to start? Parking near the place is difficult enough but once you get in there if there is more than two people queued up then you're stuck halfway between in the warm or out in the cold. Several times now there has been miscommunication between the doctors and chemist. They've also gone to prescription-only for Lipotrim, so I've had to source elsewhere. If you need your prescription try to time it in between lunch hour and school run otherwise you'll be waiting upto 40 minutes for a prescription that has already been bagged up ready to go! The staff are ok, depends what kind of day they're having as to how you get treated. Oh and watch out for one member of staff, seemingly friendly at first but when you're there more than once a month they get quite personal asking questions about home/family/etc to be honest it's made me feel so uncomfortable that I hate going there to collect my prescription.
