Can't reach by phone. They don't answer. So I'll go in to pick my prescription, they don't have it. They send ME over to the clinic to chase it. Only to be sent back as they have got it, but it's been mislaid. This has happened several times. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. After the Christmas period I'm changing my pharmacy.

This used to be a good pharmacy until it was taken over. Now totally disorganised and prescriptions are never ready for collection even after 48 hours. I have transferred to Boots in Headingley, further to walk for me but I get a far better service.

Dreadful service delivery of weekly prescription took 48hrs to arrive and consequently left with no pain meds or other necessary medications. I’m disabled and rely on the delivery service. They were of no assistance when I phoned them, they are paid by NHS for the delivery service to vulnerable adults. Shame on this low grade service. My advice find another pharmacy that is able to deliver a professional service !
