Really nice staff sometimes busy but always polite and very helpful.

I signed up to be able to collect my tablets via direct transfer of my prescription from my GP. I requested my repeat prescription on line and asked for it to be sent to Davenport pharmacy. When I went in to collect they said they had not received it. I then had to go to my GP practice who informed me that they had sent it and kindly phoned the Davenport pharmacy to check. I was then told that they had received it. I therefore had to go back again to the Pharmacy where some minutes later my tablets were handed to me. No apology. I asked what had happened and the reason given was that my prescription had been sent in paper format and not via email. Unacceptable excuse. They had my prescription in paper format and could not be bothered to process it or even check that it was there. Will never visit this pharmacy again.

I've been using this pharmacy for some years. I've only ever had excellent service from staff n pharmacists given in a friendly manner.... Again nothing is too much of a problem to do. I take numerous meds n yes I do have problems with the delivery of the prescription from the gps but after ringing round.... It's usually the gps fault... Glad they're around they help me feel at ease n are there to offer advice etc... Overall great fantastic service!!!
