I called into Boots pharmacy on my way home to get some pain killers. They didn't have a good stock so I went for the solphodine ones. A pack of 30 for about £8. The sales girl was telling me about how to take them and when I realised the price I said I didn't want them. The sale had just gone through and she told me that I couldn't get a refund even though she still had the packet. I know my rights and told her I could have a refund. She said she had to get the manager who kept me waiting at the till for ten minutes. Another assistant came to see to the que that had formed. The assistant was very rude and condescending. The other assistant also refused to get the manager for me after ten minutes waiting. The refund was only done when my family came in. Obviously they thought I was alone and it was OK to be rude to me. I'm in my seventies and this is the first time in my life I have had to make such a review. The staff need re training in customer care and knowledge how to do a refund..I also suggest a now Manager come who know how to manage.

The mans rude on pharmacy and not interested the shop was quite only 2 people in the shop no excuse iam voting with my feet I’ll won’t be using Boots again
