The Living Care pharmacy in Alwoodley Medical Centre Saxon Mount has staff that are very rude and unhelpful especially a young lady with an attitude problem that works there .They have a poor customer care starting with their main pharmacist. I was given the wrong prescription and realised it only when I got home . I was told that I had to get another prescription from the GP and that I would not be refunded and would have to pay again. Apparently the medication was out of stock and instead of contacting me to ask if another alternative could be used , they just issued something for me which was a medication that I had a bad experience with. There was no apology and not even an attempt to order in the correct medication for me. As there was no refund, I had paid for something that I couldn’t use .
