I have used this Pharmacy for just over two years to get my repeat prescriptions but have become increasingly dissatisfied with the overall service I have received. It seems that the staff simply don't care that I have to go back to them over and over and they can never get my prescription right, something is always missing. I have been using a different pharmacy and over the last five months they seem to manage to get it right every time. I simply don't understand how it can be so difficult for this pharmacy to get something so simple so spectacularly wrong every time. Anyway, since they don't appear to care that they cause me massive inconvenience, my time with them has ended and I hope that causes them inconvenience. Original Comment Report...

Your feedback is really important to us when we are assessing the quality of service we provide and to take action where required. I can ensure you that all of your concerns raised have been passed on to the Regional Development Manager, who is overall responsible for the pharmacies in this area.
The RDM will be planning to visit the branch this week to make sure that the branch team are following proper procedures to avoid any inconveniences in the future.
