I have used this Pharmacy for just over two years to get my repeat prescriptions but have become increasingly dissatisfied with the overall service I have received. It seems that the staff simply don't care that I have to go back to them over and over and they can never get my prescription right, something is always missing. I have been using a different pharmacy and over the last five months they seem to manage to get it right every time. I simply don't understand how it can be so difficult for this pharmacy to get something so simple so spectacularly wrong every time. Anyway, since they don't appear to care that they cause me massive inconvenience, my time with them has ended and I hope that causes them inconvenience.

I have used this Pharmacy for many years to collect my repeat prescriptions but have become increasingly dissatisfied with the overall service I have received it got so bad that I have changed to a different shop .They issue a card with the date you can pick up your next repeat prescription but on several occasions their was no medication ready for me on or after this date because they forgot to order it. I never once got as much as an apology and on one occasion was told to come back the next day. I returned the next day a Friday but once again they had forgot to ring the surgery so no meds again as I was going away for the weekend I couldn't return until the following Tuesday , yes my meds were ready but once again no apology was forth coming so that's when I decided that I wasn't prepared to continue to use this pharmacy. They do not provide the service that they are promoting and I wont shop there again
