The thing is that you are unexpecting them to want to try and kill you as they disguise themselves as a pharmacist but believe me they are trying very hard and over the time they will succeed. We are unsure in Bodmin how many of us will be left by the time they’ve finished with us and the real corporation ‘Boots’ will realise that this branch at Bell Lane is actually a fraud group of aliens living in the guise of a team trying to help us but we live in hope. They did have one member ‘Mia’ who was on the side of the ‘Real’ humans but she left, we’re all doomed I tell you, doomed.

I too suffer from anxiety, depression and physical problems and I have experienced terrible service from this boots pharmacy in bell lane Bodmin, There always seems to be a problem month on month, staff do not make eye contact or acknowledge customers, keep you waiting for far too long, quick to blame everyone else for their incompetence, and medications missing or not ready, all this is on a regular basis, they make promises they cannot fulfill its just a joke! Have now had enough of their apathy and have cancelled my pick up service with them and will now use an alternative service, I will not be returning to boots ever!!
