Delivery slip repeatedly not left by courier delivering dosset boxes leading to customer missing medication for several days. Manager curt and abrupt on the phone, and face to face, and unwilling to act or report up the management chain. Claimed there was nothing they could do and dismissive of my/customer concern who relies heavily on medication deliveries. They also claimed that if boxes are not collected for a few days they are not allowed to contact the customer. Maintained that branch management have no communication or influence with head office. Admitted that they accept no responsibility for delivery. I was appalled at their manner and lack of interest and will try to persuade customer to go elsewhere. I would not recommend them in any respect.

Staff were extreamly rude when I attempted to sort an issue for a family member. Spoke down to me as though I was an idiot and were not once helpful, the issue was highly important and they were not in any way nice to all. I am not expecting them to be all rainbows but even when I called to ask if his prescription had been delivered (as they said it would be) they snapped and were extreamly rude instead of saying "not yet sorry". Quickly left here, wouldn't recommend one bit.
