We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

I have visited this pharmacy on and off over the past 10 years and despite a few name changes the counter staff have remained the same. I have always found them to be friendly and professional. They appear to be very experienced and always have time to discuss your medical issues. They always have a really good range of products on sale (not just medicines) and I bought some lovely little stocking fillers from there just before Xmas. Prices are always competitive and they have fantastic money saving offers on most weeks. I will continue to use this pharmacy and I would highly recommend them. Original Comment Report... I have used this pharmacy now for 5-6 years and I'm compleatly satisfied ,it's very often busy when I go in but I'm always acknowledged by the friendly staff as soon as I walk ,I have never been kept waiting for longer than a couple of minutes ,just really the length of time it takes to find my prescription .this is the pharmacy I choose to use ...why ...because nothing's ever too much trouble for any of the team that work there .I wish them al well Original Comment Report...
