Called over a week prior to request my medication. Monday I was informed. Fine I said. That meant 5 working days. I arrived to collect on Tuesday knowing it wouldn’t be ready for Monday as per norm.. it wasn’t ready on Tuesday either. Now there’s a surprise. I had to wait around for it to be prepared. It took 23 mins. I had a my 2 year old granddaughter with me, who was wanting to touch things. It was very stressful. One of the tablets is for high blood pressure. This will need increasing as waiting like this is not acceptable. When it was ready the person that came to the counter didn’t speak loud enough, they mumbled my name.. got it wrong. Went for the address and got that mixed up as well. Far from professional... what does one do to get things on a even keel. So that you can be given a date and it will be ready. Appreciating you cannot account for ad- hoc customers arriving, but surely a dedicated team to sort the pre booked medications might be a start. I no doubt will be in touch again in a few months complaining, as I can’t see things resolving any time soon.....
