This pharmacy is very slow and has poor control over the dispensing side of the chemists. A recent event when visiting saw three issues where prescriptions could not be found or drugs had supposedly been ordered but were not available for the person to collect. The assistants are very slow and do not always ensure that ALL parts of the prescription are issued together. My partners prescription was handed over and checked, finding that only part had been given. It took a further check to ensure that the remaining drugs were dispensed. It would seem that as little as possible is done to help customers.
