My prescription was not ready when I was due to collect, still not ready 3pm the next day. I waited 20 minutes for them to make up the prescription when I arrived, during this time they they made up 2 other prescriptions for people who arrived after me. I was then asked if anyone was serving me. |

Four visits to the shop for one prescription hopeless think you have all the time in the world to keep going back to boot as they have made a mistake. Customer care line ?? what a joke customer couldn't care line is what it should be called.
The best why is to complain to the general pharmacy council then the mistakes and the duty of care they have will not go unnoticed.
Apologies are fine if it happens once not if it keeps happening ?? They need to change before somebody gets hurts.
Twice this has happen to me once about two years ago and I stopped using them then I tried them again and guess what its still happening. Original Comment Report... |

They frequently don't have my repeat prescription ready within a week, or even bother texting me. Now they have decided to take over management of my repeats without my permission. They texted me when I hadn't ordered a repeat from my surgery and I wasn't due one anyway.
Every time I collect my tablets the staff annoyingly ask if I want to be put onto Boots ordering system and I always say no. How dare they presume to change things off their own back.
On a couple of occasions I have even witnessed one of the staff talking very patronisingly to customers when they had done nothing wrong. Original Comment Report... |
