Today I went to purchase some specialised plasters at the pharmacy counter the two shop assistants behind the counter were incredibly rude with there comments as a customer service trainer I was shocked to the reply could someone come to the counter and help . Basically being told we are to busy from a man with fair hair and the girls with the yellow nail polish basically said next time if you want service go to the other till .. She shouldn’t be allowed to work with the general public also I was under the belief that coloured nail varnish isn’t permitted when working in a pharmacy due to contamination with medications ,which I have reported to Control (CDC) as this illegal . Appalling attitude really a disgrace she also was also very rude to the other lady that had been waiting for 15 minutes and nobody else was at the desk I’ve also reported this incident to boots head office customer service
