The whole team are always well presented, professional, helpful and attentive. I have recently gone through the trauma of starting a new medication regime to help with my Diabetes. The pharmacist recognised that this was a treatment not previously prescribed and took the time to explain possible side effects, the alternatives available and the offer of accessible support if experiencing any difficulties. After 7 days I was telephoned at home by the pharmacist and asked how things were progressing. The side effects had reached an intolerable level and when I explained this I was again given very helpful and practical advice about options for an alternative medication. After a visit to the doctor with an explanation of the horrendous side effects I was asked what I considered my options to be. Due to the in-depth advice received from the pharmacist I was able to discuss the possibility of using the alternative medication and this was immediately prescribed. The difference has been immeasurable and I have now settled into a trouble free system. I have had several follow phone calls and face to face discussions with the pharmacist and have been given nothing but positive advice and guidance with amazing support. I can not thank the team enough and would recommend them in the highest possible manner I have also spoken to the store Manager and expressed my gratitude and that the team should be highly commended.

Excellent service. Friendly, helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable staff. I have a large number of prescriptions to collect on a regular basis. Morrisons are always prompt. Unlike Boots, Morrisons don't run out of commonly prescribed medicines thus requiring a return trip. Highly recommended.
