Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

I booked a flu jab about 3weeks ago only to be told on the day my appointment was cancelled as there supplier had not delivered.I was advised to go back on line and book another appointment.I strongly believe ,I should have been offered another appointment as soon as stocks replenished. | |||||||

the team here are great. Everyone knows me and takes interest in helping. The pharmacist is excellent, they go out of their way to help, is friendly, professional and personable. A recent shortfall in my prescriprion was resolved as soon as he knew and the team went out of their way to quickly sort things out for me.. The staff have tried numerous times to help me reduce costs and annualise my prescriptions. This small local pharmacy beats any other one I visit in their customer service/ customer care approach.
