I have been using this pharmacy since it opened within the surgery and never had a problem up until recently! The only thing I can be thankful for is the fact my daughters illness isn't life threatening... her perscription has been messed up so many times it's unbelievable! When I have rang the pharmacy I have been hung up on then the phone has been taken off the hook.. annoyed doesn't come close! Especially for the fact her medication had to be made within a lab so isn't ready the same day... unprofessional and simply rude!

I am sorry you had issues contacting us on this particular occasion. I am confident our team would never knowingly hang up on any patient. We use a cordless telephone system within the pharmacy and new telephones have been sourced as a result of the old ones dropping some calls without notice. With regards to prescriptions being 'messed up' I am not sure if you are referring to the pharmacy or issuing practice. If it is the pharmacy I would welcome a telephone call to the pharmacy to give further information to allow me to investigate as this has not been reported to us previously.
