My wife visited your establishment this morning to collect my prescriptions, she has an exemption card for masks, unfortunately my left in the car, your so called assistant was downright rude to my wife, furthermore she was only give half of my prescription, she home in tears saying she had been treated like a third clas citizen, this is not the first that particular assistant has been abrupt and she seems to have no customer skills whatsoever, my wife bless her now has to make another trip to your shop which she is dreading this excursion,I am nota happy man my wife is always polite, I suggest you speak to the person concerned and inform her that I will not stand for her I’ll manners, furthermore why did she not give my wife the rest of my prescription.
