Omg. What a shambles. The employees do not have a clue. I have just been in today and had to write my name down as the guy in black hoodie and unpleasant attitude did not understand me. I was waiting for 4 items. One was ready at the beginning of the week. The second script was sent yesterday. Waited 15 minutes before being seen and then told I’d have a 25 minute wait. The queue was also building up. I understand about back logs but seriously. I left and will need to go back but will NEVER use again Unprofessional and incompetent springs to mind by all at the pharmacy today 24.03.2023 Closed for 2 hour too. 1-3pm. Wish I got a two hour lunch break. |

I think it’s terrible that a Pharmacy who knows it’s got internet problems accessing customers prescriptions and email prescriptions is allowed to trade. They openly admitted they have not had email access for a week and little or scant regard was made to help the customer. I struggled to get to pharmacy do not drive and was just told “phone your doctor “ to get prescription diverted. Clearly the staff are not familiar with new system or lack the proper standards to do the job |

I’ve been with this pharmacy for probably a year now and every single time I need a prescription without fail there’s a problem or a mistake - I’ve been left sometimes up to a week without my antidepressants, my GP even told me to leave that pharmacy because they are constantly having issues with them. I’ve waited upwards of 30 minutes in store for my prescriptions and don’t even get me started on the amount of mysteriously “lost” prescriptions. Do not go here |
