The pharmacy in Dumbarton never fails to go the extra mile. Today they delivered an extra item in advance of the regular delivery. No prompting on my behalf. It was their decision and beneficial to my health. Thank you once again

On moving to a different area I was really struggling to find the service I had known elsewhere. 2 or 3 people all said go to Mackies independent of one another. And I did and I run out of complimentary words and phrases. The delivery service works. They manage my prescription of a number of items so well. For a while I dreaded going to the pharmacy- now I know it will arrive with all the items. I dreaded phoning with any queries but now they are friendly answer questions The whole experience is so stress free. Can’t compliment them enough And let me not forget the driver. He is so reliable and drugs arrive within the same hour. Friendly face.
