Pretty much useless. Front of shop is hopeless. Appointments cancelled randomly even when booked through their own system. Stand off-ish and less than helpful. Avoid unless absolutely necessary.

I have been using this pharmacy for the last 13 years and it used to be well run and punctual with prescriptions. But in the last year the service has been appalling. On numerous occasions my prescriptions that was emailed by the hospital was “not received”, “have gone missing”, “been filed wrongly”. Even when me and the nurse at the hospital phoned earlier to confirm they have received it. Every time I go in to collect a prescription all the patients stand’s around waiting and no one acknowledged or serve them. It is a truly awful environment and I dread going in there now. Today was the final nonsense, again collecting a prescription that was never made up even though it was handed in a week ago. I will now be moving to a more reliable pharmacy in the Ferry. No point in being loyal to a company that provides terrible services to their customers.

This used to be a great chemist but has deteriorated in the last few months. Prescription was in on Thursday. Went to pick it up on Saturday at 12, was told it just needs checked, could you come back in an hour....went back over 3 hours later and told still needs checked will be 5 mins, 20 minutes still not ready pharmacist shouts he has had to speak to lots of people today! Mean while 2 patients coming in for ? Daily medication are taken to the wee room. Everything stops again, I ask again how long, told it still needs checked ,ask when the shop shuts 5pm, will it be ready, no confirmation from staff, terrible customer service and terrible communication from all staff. Will have to change my pharmacy.
