Waiting times are terrible, attitude of the staff is disgusting, always get the prescription wrong worst pharmacy in caerphilly; manager lisa is a liar avoid the place like covid

My prescription was sent to Lloyds, after 3-4 days I went to collect it only for it not to be ready for collection. When waiting for it another customer spoke to me regarding the wait and I replied to him saying that I couldn't understand why you put your prescription in early and then still have to wait for it to be put up. I then was spoken to rather rudely by the woman behind the counter regarding my remark. All in all it took 45 mins to collect, 10 mins standing outside in the cold and rain, 15 mins waiting in line inside and a further 20 mins for the meds to be issued. Not good enough, I will be taking my prescription elsewhere in future.
