Ive been trying to contact by phone for going on 3 months on numerous times of the day but always get an answer phone saying busy try again later but still no answer.What about customers w.ho are housebound and their only communication is by phone if they dont answer the phone surely they are putting these people with life problems and could lead to a fatality Come on lloyds get your house together and look after your customers Please and answer the phone Iappreciate you re always busy and i take this into consideration Another thing I order my monthly prescription always on time with my surgery which they forward asap to lloyds im supposed to get it delivered but time and time again its my daughter who has to find the time to collect which she finds hard to do
