I have a repeat prescription that should be delivered to me every 28 days, however this never happens. Either the prescription is actually a week overdue or the most important element for my pain relief is left out although the Dr has confirmed it was requested. You cannot get through on the phone, it either rings out or you get a recording telling you to try later so I can’t even contact them about this. I’m disabled (which is why I have a delivery) so it is very difficult for me to actually get out and visit them for the rest of my prescription. Yet again prescription delivered yesterday but no morphine, this problem has been happening since before the Covid pandemic so that can’t be blamed. Usually I have to get my daughter to contact them for this to be resolved. I have my medicine review soon and think I will transfer to Boots

Never ever answer the phone and never deliver medication when suppose to. Always have to chase up prescriptions

I rang them 5 weeks ago when my mum came back home from a temporary residential care home she was tranfered back from their pharmacy back to Lloyd's .I was promised that her medication and dossett boxes were going to be ready by March 1st . The lady who I spoke to promised it was going to be sorted ,I liased with her on 3 occasions within the 5 weeks, then on the weekend I was to collect my mums dossett boxes to my disbelief my they said my mums scripts hadn't even been received to them , she has Parkisons Disease medication dependant and left with out any medication or neuro patches which control her symptoms she cannot possibly be with out these or her parkisons Sinemet or just stop using her patches as they will cause nasty side effects I was told the pharmacy was in turmoil due to staff shortages and was in future to use another pharmacy so out of desperation for my mum I had to ring 111 for an emergency prescription for with still no patches over the weekend I'm absolutely discusted when they had 5 weeks to get these ready my family have used this pharmacy for over 40 years. I have lost all faith in their staff and saddened by the lack of responsibility
