Prescription put in on a Wednesday to be collected later. Went to collect on Friday, 2 Days later, and had to wait over half an hour outside for medication. I assumed that the Prescription had to be made up on that day, Friday, but on receiving the medication found that it had been made up on the Wednesday and for over half an hour whilst I stood outside the medication had been sat on a shelf!! Sorry will not use this chemist again. Extremely poor service!!!

Since Karen and Lisa have left the remaining staff in my experience have no place being in the care industry. The delivery driver over the past 2 years since covid, has relished the excuse not to deliver. I am a diabetic that has been put in several weeks without meds which has resulted in black outs vomiting and various other ailments has struggled. they have the customer service of the SS. I'm flat bound with mobility issues and I've been met with a barage of abuse for just asking why my meds are in the last case 3 WEEKS LATE.. I've witnessed a very old gent with the same delays after waiting in a cramped pharmacy be so rudely treated. These pharmaceutical drop outs told my daughter to go elsewhere and handed my script to her. I have no one else as my daughter travels I'm so angry that these idiots are allowed to stay in business. They have no place as tbh they are causing undue stress to those that are suffering already. I have not had proper meds for again weeks which sets me back the vomiting is the worst it takes weeks to stop and the pain I just don't want to wake up. Especially the lack of understanding after speaking to some male manager with his cold demeanour I don't turn into a Karen or cry easily but the anxiety through pain and nausia was too. Much I got desperate as the driver who is the laziest moron I've ever met accused me of blocking my intercom said he'd tried to deliver yet 2 other deliveries got in. (He knows our intercom system you do the math) his wife works in the pharmacy and tbh she's well suited as she's just as abnoxious.. This pharmacy should be avoided at all costs. I wouldn't wish their unprofessional service in my worst enemy. They have 1 job and they can't even do that. I could only assume these are customer service drop outs with no humanity at all.
