Very unhelpful staff in fact so bad another customer was about to look for a product which I couldn't see then she said no I'll look now for him I thought don't bother and took my service elsewhere and that was after this nice customer offered to help.

I don't understand this boots in Canton they total time wasters and very helpful and I have ordered my prescription with them and from 15/10/21 I handed to them and they said will be in Tuesday 19/10/21 went back to pick up my medicine and there was no medicine and they said this medicine is out of stock and the pharmacist came and said yes we can get this medicine by Friday 22/10/21 and I said okay I'll come Friday and tried ringing them all day but no one is there to pick up the phone so what I think of them is that there services and attitude towards the customers is zero and patient could have health problems would get must worse if he doesn't get his medicines thank you for listening to this
