    Twice I've ordered my daughter's insulin and other diabetes equipment and twice it hasn't been delivered! I've reordered it again and will wait and see if it's delivered this week. Nobody answers the phones when ring to check my order! Very poor service!!!

    No one answers phone, elderly mother left with out medication for four days Very disappointed, very poor service. Would not recommend. J Thomas
