Very poor!! I trusted them with my medicine, I paid for it, 3 weeks later it hasn't arrived. I contacted them to say I'm running out, they canceled my order and said to find a farmacy to get my tablets. AVOID.

I have never been treated so badly as by the lady in charge at this pharmacy. I was at the entrance when she literally screamed at me to get out as only 2 are allowed in the pharmacy at a time - I can understand the reason for this but there was no need to scream at me!!! Then when I was able to go in she told me my mum’s prescription wasn’t there - I went over to the surgery who said she had ticked to say she had had delivery of the prescription - so I went back - she found it - no apology - and I just felt as though I was such a nuisance!!! She had spoken to my mum who is 93 earlier in the week on the phone to say she would try and get her prescription to her by Friday (which is when I went in!) and she said she had never said that to my mum! The prescription delivery service from there has frequently been late and my mum has panicked as her medication was very low and she’s always said she doesn’t have a driver to deliver so she would have to wait!! She is so rude and unapologetic when it’s definitely her fault!!! I don’t live near my mum so have to rely on this pharmacy to deliver.
