Front desk to kitchen staff to nurses and consultants every one was impeccable can’t fault anything or anyone told you everything that was happening all the time I was very nervous when I went in for knee doing but put at ease fabulous place would recommend to anyone only complaint the pillows yuk

The only complaint l have as not against any staff, it is about the food, which was dreadful. I have been in Spire several times and the food has been a good standard, very good in fact l cant say the same this time! l was told the food is all bought in now as is with all Spire Hospitals. Never again, l would take my own food next time. It is not the fault of the Chefs, as they have to do as they are told. Such a pity because that is the only thing that lets this hospital down.
