I Visited Fairfield hospital today for a small procedure and received first class treatment. The Gastroenterology Department here is superb, a great team, with a very skilled Doctor, ultimate professionals. I was made to feel comfortable, excellent patient care was given from all team members, I would definitely recommend this hospital. Thank you all. |

Thank you to all those involved with my Colonoscopy 9th December 2022 from the nurses to Dr McLindon himself. I was taken to my own room to change and await the procedure and the whole thing made me feel important and not just a another person on a conveyor belt. Very efficient and from walking through the door I was done and out in an hour and half. All the nurses were very polite and friendly and Dr McLindon was professional and encouraging. Thank you to everybody. |

Just had the worst experience of my life at this place. I was paying privately for a Ultra Sound Scan and was put in an area with all the NHS patients fair enough i’ve no problem with that. I got called in early which was good but from then it was downhill. The radiologist came in didn’t introduce himself then started scanning the problem area of my knee. He wasn’t saying much just muttering to himself with a few loose questions in between. He then got up and walked out saying nothing. I had to ask the assistant if that was it or was he coming back to explain stuff. She said no he will write to your doctor. On the way out the receptionist said was things ok I said no I wasn’t the guy was very rude to me so she arranged for me to speak to him along with another very rude radiologist woman watching on glaring at me over her mask. I tried to tell them I had paid to have my whole knee scanned not just one area. The radiologist then got very angry saying don’t you try and tell me how to do my job get out of this room so I told him yes that was probably a good idea I did. That service was worse than any other NHS or private clinic treatment I’ve had, all them, apart from the second lady I spoke to on reception and the manager Anne were all extremely rude and as for the Asian radiologist I pity anyone having a scan with him. |
