So I went to boots the opticians in Kingswood Bristol where 2 ladies greeted me with nice smiles and very friendly and approachable I was asked to come back in half an hour and told they will see what they can do for me , I returned to the shop and was given back my glasses all done they said!! I asked if there was any charge I was told no as they are boots glasses I always use boots for eye test and have always been treated with great customer service, keep the great work up boots , and thank you very much .
