As their website says, this is a friendly opticians. They teeat you as a fellow human being explaining without being at all patronising. They leave decisions up to you having given information and allowed the asking of questions. They offer a good range of choice and do not push - I have kept the same frames for three sets of lenses and feel no pressure to spend on new frames. They remind me when an appointment is due, sending a card not an annoying phone call. I have recommended this practices to others.
