I needed to see an optometrist under the minor ailment scheme. I was given an appointment for the same day which saved having to see my GP instead. The optometrist was friendly, professional and very informative on how to treat and manage the eye complaint. Also, she made sure that I was contacted the next day to check the condition was not worsening which was very reassuring. I would be happy to recommend the service to others.
