I had an appointment @ 1325 on Thu 17. On my way there, my daughter dropped my driving licence within the shopping centre less than half a mile from this venue. I had the courtesy to call them and explain that I was just around the corner and trying to retrace my steps to find my driving licence and I may be a few minutes late. 1 was there at exactly 1337 and told because I was more than 10 minutes late i will have to re-book a new appointment. A society and humans cannot be this cold and robotic. No sense of empathy in dealing with other humans. I will expect another robotic reply about 10 mins bla bla bla.

Appalling service for home visit for disabled pensioner. Waited in for 6 Hours. All phone calls were a waste of time. Mostly went to call centres or voice mail. Was assured they were on their way but a little late but still didn't arrive! No apology apart from an offer of another appointment in 7 weeks.
Bearing in mind they charge NHS for Eye Tests they are over booking and making money from it.. Original Comment Report...

I have bought a pair of prescribtion glasses from spesaver croydon north end, from day one I couldn’t see properly but I was telling to myself that is just a new pair but when I tested my eyesight I realised that it wasn’t because it was a new pair in fact it was poorly made glasses or wrong eye test, when retuned to them in less than a year they told me that they will charge me for eye test and new pair of glasses If I need.
