By: mrs c nicholson Rating:.. Aug 8 2018 I went to specsavers on saturday the 3. 08. 18. because my great granson had broke my glass. I was not happy with the way i was treated.The person just did not wont to help me when i was looking for some new glasses .i had pick a pair from one of the display shelfs and i showed her and she no and got me a pair out of this draw. I tryed then on and i said no they are a bit dark the frames her reply was well i will leave you to look some more then .Idid find some more that i like but all she said was no they dont look right. The person just did not seem to wont help me and was just pushing me to have the glasses. I do think she could have been more supported and more helpfull when i need it .I have been come here for years to get my eye test done and new glass and this is the first time i have not been happy with how i was treated . from mrs christine nicholson.

Mar 8 2018 My wife and I have been using specsavers for a number of years and have found the branch to be busy always however staff have always been helpful and interested in the customers. Very thorough eye tests carried out and never rushed. Staff have always been there to help choose frames that suit the individual irrespective of the cost. Staff have always sought to save money for us wherever possible.

Nov 21 2016 Having visited a specsavers branch in another area. I walked into the Scunthorpe store expecting a similar customer experience. How wrong could I have been! The service was shocking, staff looked like they would be anywhere else than there. I found them to be disinterested, unfriendly and rude. During the actual eye test I was shocked as to how rushed it was. I've never been so rushed in my years of visiting an optician. Very disappointed will not be returning.
