May 24 2019 After going to a different opticians that got my glasses/prescription wrong 3 times Riley and Evans were a refreshing change. Nothing is too much trouble, all the staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Everything is very patiently explained to you and in a manner that you can understand. I have glaucoma in my family and my late husband went blind 4 years before his death so I know what it is like to deal with late onset blindness. The optician is so reassuring and makes me feel more confident. I have had two pairs of glasses and I have been more than satisfied with both pairs and the help I had in choosing them. I would not hesitate to recommend Riley and Evans.
Original Comment Report...Ryley & EvansBy: Miss PA Dakin Rating:.. Dec 3 2017 I had a fall at home and damaged the left pad on my glasses so I called in Riley and Evans for a slight repair. I was seen by the optician who was most kind and helpful and made a quick repair. I would not use any other optician the service is first class.
