I do not have a complaint with the optician as his examination and review was extremely good and he identified some problems Mum was having with her sight. I do wish however that Visioncall would check with family before the examination and selection as we ended up paying £260 for some glasses. This is money Mum does not unfortunately have. |

They visited my father-in-law in a care home( he has dementia). Tested his sight without family knowing got him to choose glasses then rang family to ask for money £290 a high street optician made him similar glasses the previous year for £110 less and service was good |

The customer care person based at the Romsey Department has been so helpful when dealing with the sight test and subsequent dispensing of glasses for my mother who lives in a Care Home.
Both speaking with her over the phone and by various emails, she has been efficient, prompt and extremely helpful and I am very appreciative of her attention to detail.
It has been a delight to have someone so helpful and then listening to and dealing with things, often that is not the case in businesses.
She deserves the praise of her line managers.
