I had to wait for my son's appointment 3 weeks. 2 days before my appointment was cancelled and they could book me again after other few weeks . 2 months for an appointment???? My father after lots of nagging gave in and booked an hearing test in Boots Basildon . When he arrived he was told he would be seen in a few minuets. After 40 mins after his appointment time he was still left sitting waiting whilst the staff happily gathered around together chit chatting and one member of staff said to him , They know you are here ! No apology , treated like he was invisible apsalutly terrible customer service . My father in the end got up and walked out ! Well done Boots Basildon !! |

I went in to the pharmacy today to pick up a prescription that I was waiting for for three weeks. They took half of my prescription and I’m still waiting three weeks later. Went to go back in today and a very rude aggressive very unprofessional boy behind the counter called Jack Was verbally abusive to me upset me and told me to not come back now my prescriptions go to this pharmacy as it’s my local pharmacy for no reason whatsoever nobody can get any of the medication they’re running short of everything and he said apologising and being really nice. He was aggressive rude and very very upsetting for me I’ve written a complaint to Boots and I’ve also done the online survey which I would recommend everybody does and try to get the name of the person I wish to complain about, but Jack was also rude and aggressive to somebody else. He’s obviously got a very prima donna hear about himself and believes that speaking to people in a rude and aggressive manner is perfectly okay. Avoid the store at all costs. I complained to a manager and he gave me an online survey and walked away. Absolutely ridiculously unprofessional. No care no love for store. Avoid avoid avoid |
