May 4 2021 My husband and I both had checkups due in August 2020. We managed to get appointments for January 21. The day before we were due to come in we received phone calls asking I'd we'd postpone these. I refused as I also needed a contact lens appointment, my husband agreed to postponement. To date he has been unable to rebook. Today 4th May we tried again and on the website there are no slots upto 1st August . I have lost count of the amount of times we've tried phoning and no one answers. This is definitely terrible customer service.
