Dec 4 2017 I started seeing black floaters and spider web shapes in front of my eyes. So I rang Boots who booked me in for the same day. I was seen and had a thorough eye check. I was reassured, and advised to see a specialist as soon as possible. The service was and staff were amazing.

Nov 30 2015 I had an appointment booked for 28th November for the second time. The first one on 7th November was cancelled as there was no optician available). When I walked in on Saturday, I was told sorry we have to cancel you as the Optician cannot get here in time. I find this ridiculous that they cannot provide a service on a Saturday morning for a pre-booked appointment. Do you not employ enough Opticians to cover each other? I was then told the next available early Saturday appointment was 19th December! Walked up the road and got an appointment with Specsavers for 09.10 next Saturday with their employed Optician.
