Oct 14 2011 We had an excellent experience when i visited Coulsdon opticians with my mother.The staff were polite and friendly,the optician was informative and in fact spent over 40 minutes on the eye examination,and we both felt they really cared.The frame selection process was made easy with good advice and without being pushy-a refreshing change!

Sep 29 2011 Been with Coulsdon opticians for around 6 years and to be honest they're not very good my glasses frequently break and one pair even broke 2 days after me getting them through no fault of my own. The staff are quite helpful but are not alway sure about what they're saying. Overall 2 out of 5 stars.
