They need to organise themselves . They have a lunch break witch always longer then suppose to be ,and after they back is just 1 person to the till and 3-4 in the back even the queue is huge.and you need to wait again as the pharmacist is not back so they can not do prescription whitout a pharmacist presence. Very disorganised. They even told me to complain if I want something to be change... |

My first visit I was told my prescription was not ready. Called again the next day. Again not ready. Called a WEEK later, this is now 2 weeks since my doctors sent my prescription details to Boots, still not ready. I told them this was unacceptable. I was asked to come back an hour later. Next prescription a month later. Again my prescription was not ready despite them having the information for a week. Other people in the queue before me were told to come back another day. Staff stroll back from lunch and its 1.35 pm before they open even though they're supposed to open at 1.30 pm. Staff serve you with in an abrupt manner with no apologies for your wait. Totally unprofessional and so disorganised. Sadly York Place branch was closed. They were so much more friendly and professional. I will be changing my pharmacy in the future. |

There was a long queue at the pharmacy and bang on 1pm they refused to serve anyone. Was told to “go online”. There was another Boots just around the corner which recently closed. Why wasn’t the staff transferred in order to handle the additional workload. Staff are non existent, rude and dismissive. Shocking when one considers how much the high street is struggling |
