I have been for regular Eye Tests to Kear's of coleford for the past 10 years or more. This is my favourite opticians for the following reasons: 1. I always get a reminder when I'm due for a regular eye test, and an appointment is set at times convenient to my circumstances. 2. From the time of arriving at the Clinic to going through the Test I always felt comfortable with the reception and treatment that I received during each visit. 3. The Optician carried out the test to the highest standard of care for the patient. During the test explanations are given to me whenever I asked about the nature, purpose, effect, of each activity involved in the test. Answers were given by the Optician patiently, coherently, and in a manner indicating total care and concern for the patient's comfort are an essential part of this eye test procedure. 4. All in all, my regular visits to my Optician has become a safe ritual that makes me feel 100% safe in the knowledge that I am well cared for by Eye Health Professionals towards whom I have come to develop total trust.
