Had a concern with one of my eyes and was overdue an eye test anyway, so booked myself an appointment at Leamington's Vison Express online, which was simple and straightforward to do. Upon arrival was given attentive service, with the pre-examination tests undertaken proficiently and courteously. The examination with the optician did confirm an issue with an eye and so an appointment for a further more detailed examination, was offered for later that day (even though they were quite busy). This examination was thorough and clarified the extent and what the condition was, with the optician taking time to clearly explain what was wrong and to reassured me that it was not too severe. For further 'peace of mind', I was also referred on to the NHS eye clinic. The professional service, courteousness and patient care given, was exemplary. Thankyou.
