Having gone to this brunch a few times before and after my surgery as well as doing a few consultations in Harley street and Shawsbury avenue London I can tell this one is by far the best for proper customer service and staff manners. Especially thanks to teom particular members of staff. |

I approached Optical Express about laser treatment. The staff were very polite and efficient and after several tests i was informed that i was unsuitable for Lasik procedure but suitable for Lasek treatment. I agreed to this and in February this year went ahead with the procedure.After the treatment i followed all the advice and procedures recommended. I attended the clinic appointment post treatment and my eyesight improved, however despite my vision not being 20:20 i was discharged in June.. Went to the Liverpool branch as wife wanted laser treatment for Christmas. She was told she needed laser treatment in one eye, so fitted a disposable lens. After 3 days had no benefit, so went back. After further tests she was told she was not suitable and would be given her deposit of £500 back. 5 minutes later the same person told us it would take up to 28 working days, which means January! Spoke to the manager and they confirmed it was company policy. Do not part with your money unless you are sure and ask them if you have a change of heart when will you your money back. Thank you Optical Express, great Christmas present! |
