Mar 22 2019 I went into Specsavers on Sunday the 17th March to be welcomed and assisted by the Assistant Manageress ..I cannot say how helpful,caring and considerate she was ..I explained I had been through quite a lot with my eyes experiencing a nearly detached retina in one eye and a problem in the other ! I was dealt with in the upmost genuine and respectful manner .! Thank you for being patient and understanding..

Jan 2 2017 Really excellent staff,proffesional and obviously well trained,but everyone of the staff here has the best customer service skills I have ever encountered.As soon as you go through the door you are immediately greeted with a very friendly good morning.Lovely staff,very friendly and genuine.Honestly,itd a pleasure to go here.Well done Specsavers Bideford.
