This pharmacy is worse than useless. Over a 12 month period, not once have they got my monthly repeat prescription right. Items short and/or completely missing repeatedly. This month out of 7 items I should receive only two arrived. On calling to query I was told that the doctors had not sent the repeat for the remaining items. On checking that with the doctors surgery I was informed on the exact date and even time that the prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. A call back to the pharmacy again was met with what sounded like utter confusion. Previous incidents have been met with nothing short of rudeness from the pharmacist who insisted I had already received meds despite me telling her that I had not and was still waiting for them. Surprisingly they mysteriously arrived later that day. Disgusting service overall.
