Popped by today to ask for some advice as I’m pregnant. Asked to speak to pharmacist, staff member went to ask him to speak with me and I heard him tell her he was busy. Having worked in pharmacies myself I found this shocking especially as pharmacists was to get more involved with first line patient care. I then heard pharmacist being very rude to his dispensing staff telling her if he had to keep stopping to help her they would never get through all the work. Awful situation for the dispenser especially in front of public. After a further five minute pharmacist hadn’t even acknowledged I was waiting to see him so I gave up. Very rude man on duty at c. 11am on 23 April.
