Rot started setting in on this branch a couple of years ago & has steadily got worse. Used to be very helpful, but these days it's not uncommon to turn up in business hours and find the place closed up with shutters down. Staff (who were always very professional) nowadays couldn't care less whether they serve you or not. One lady in particular (by the name of Lorraine) Borders on being out & out rude and leaves you feeling that you've done the wrong thing, simply by walking into the store. There are a lot of branches of Boots in and around Chelmsford, avoid putting yourself through the turmoil and avoid this one.
