Shaunaks is not our default pharmacy, we generally use the one linked to our surgery, but when we have used them they have always been helpful, efficient & friendly. Today (Saturday) our pharmacy was closed & I had a recurrence of gout for which I had previously had medication & still had a small supply. However I have recently had other conditions for which medications were prescribed & I was reluctant to take the gout medication in case of side effects, so I phoned shaunaks Could not have been more helpful & reassured me that my gout meds would safe to resume. Very pleased & now considering changing my default pharmacy to them.

I have used for years for both repeat prescriptions, new ones, and on-off medical supplies. Service has always been friendly, helpful and efficient including refund advice for getting money back following a backdated prepayment certificate. Also regular medical consultations offered by the pharmacist, at their initiative. Highly recommend!
