They get my prescription from my doctor, then decide no they will not send it all, only half, I have to keep phoning and argueing to get my insulin from them, This is a chronic medication and I have run out a few times because of this. I phoned on Thursday to ask for my insulin, they promised it for Friday, well today is Monday and I still have not got it, now I will have to phone and argue with them again to try and get it. I am on high doses so they should not be able to decide on how much to send me as they do not know how much I must take.
